Return and Refund Policy
At Bear Light Studios, we take great pride in the quality of our products and truly value your satisfaction. We want your shopping experience to be clear, smooth, and stress-free. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange:
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Email [email protected] with photos clearly showing the issue or damage.
- Items must be in original, unused condition, with all parts, tracks, and components included.
If the item arrived damaged:
- Photos must show the item’s original condition on arrival from shipping provider.
- Take photos of all sides of the shipping box immediately and save the box.
- Send a short video and or photos detailing the total number of damaged tops & bases in your shipment.
- If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund of the product price.
- A replacement will be shipped immediately once the damaged item have been returned.
Shipping Policy

- Shipping of In-Stock Items
Orders containing in-stock items will typically be shipped within 3 working days from the date of purchase. In peak season, updated shipping information will be available on our product page. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. - Backordered Items
For items that are on backorder, please refer to the estimated shipping times listed on the product page. These items will ship as soon as they are available. - Black Friday Deals 2025 Shipping Schedule
All orders placed as part of the Black Friday Deals 2025 will begin shipping the week of January 12th, 2026. Due to high demand, these orders will be processed and shipped in the order they were placed. We appreciate your patience during this time. - Order Processing and Shipping
In general, we ship orders in the order they are placed. This means that orders are processed and dispatched based on their placement time, and earlier orders will typically ship first. - Shipping Notifications
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to the email you included on your order. You can track your order through the provided tracking link.
Order Cancellation & Return Policy
We want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Please read our order cancellation policy carefully:
- Cancellations Before Shipping
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, a 3% cancellation fee will be applied. This fee helps cover transaction and processing costs. - Black Friday Cancellations After December 1, Prior to Shipping
If you wish to cancel your Black Friday 2025 order after December 1 and before it has been shipped, a 10% cancellation fee will be applied. This fee helps cover transaction allocation and processing costs. - Returns Within 7 Days After Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation and restocking fee in addition to you being responsible for return shipping costs. - Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed once your cancellation is confirmed. Please note that refunds may take up to two weeks to process, depending on the your financial institution for the payment method used.
How to Cancel
To cancel your order, please contact our Bear Care service team at [email protected], providing your order details. We will assist you in completing the cancellation process.
Refunds (if applicable):
- To be considered for your return, we require photos which show the original condition of the items along with your reason for return within 7 days of arrival.
- Custom produced products are considered final sale (f.e angled mounts) once production has started.
- Custom colors are considered final sale once production has started. Samples should be ordered first to ensure your custom color is perfect.
- Shipping costs may be prohibitive of returning your item, if this is an oversized or heavy item, please keep that in mind. This shipping cost will be shared with you first, and only with your acceptance of that shipping cost, a return authorization label will be emailed to you.
- Once your return is received and inspected, a we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed (minus the shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee), and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

PAYMENT
All Products remain Bear Light Studios’ property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents’ permission to buy from Bear Light Studios.
All transfers conducted through Bear Light Studios are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms and conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
PRODUCTS
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the Products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products. All Products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any Products at any time for any reason. Prices for all Products are subject to change. Bear Light Studios reserves the right to cancel all or part of any purchase order by delivering notice thereof to you; Bear Light Studios shall not be liable to you in such event, other than to return or credit the purchase price.
SHIPPING
Bear Light Studios will determine the method of shipping products to you, at your expense. Bear Light Studios will strive to deliver Products on the schedule requested, but is not liable to you or anyone else for late delivery.
Shipping Address Accuracy & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Orders are processed and shipped exactly as entered at the time of purchase.
Bear Light Studios is not liable for packages lost, misdelivered, or delayed due to incorrect, incomplete, or non-existent addresses provided by the customer. Once tracking shows a package as “Delivered,” the shipment is considered fulfilled.
If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, it is their responsibility to contact the resident, property manager, or carrier directly to recover the package.
Any replacement or reshipment will require a new order and applicable shipping fees.
A confirmation email is sent at the time of order and shipment; these serve as final verification of the shipping address provided.
